Despite the Season 1 server still being used by Brayden (?), I wanted to do something new. At the time of this servers creation, I had just watched JackSucksAtLife’s final Minecraft video, being his final day on a group xLife server. The concept behind xLife is similar to hardcore: You start with 1 heart, and for each death you gain one more for the next life. Once you’ve reached 10 hearts and die, you’re dead for good. I wanted to do something similar with my friends. As it adds the tension of hardcore with multiple chances.

The server was not used nearly as much as Season 1 in it’s prime, Brayden played very little due to not liking the concept(?). We used a discord server called “Epic SMP” during this time, which suggests that Zach played, as did Katie and I. Katie died all 10 lives nearly immediately, I revived her and she died again, and since she was one of the few people who played with me, the server ended soon after.
